Project Scope: Added new auto shop, wood shop, Auditorium, along with a 7500 square foot mechanical penthouse to support the new addition and existing spaces. Renovated many admin areas along with other hands-on classrooms such as art rooms, small engines, printing, music, band and choir areas.
Project Responsibilities: Self-performed all plumbing, piping, sheet metal, mechanical insulation, prefabrication and 3D coordination.
