Project Scope: Interior renovations to update and reorganization of administrative offices and classrooms. Mechanical Upgrades included replacement of the existing boilers, chiller and associated systems piping and heating terminal units as well as the replacement of the electrical switch gear. Auditorium and Gymnasium HVAC coil and piping replacement, General building system piping replacement, Boilers and heating system piping within the boiler room, Chiller and cooling system piping.
Project Responsibilities: Plumbing, Piping, Ventilation, HVAC Controls, Air & Water Balancing, System Start Up & Testing.
